The class A Pace Arrow LXE diesel coach model 38B by Fleetwood has a full wall slide out and an opposing slide that create a huge interior living space. We are a family of four (2 kids) and are able to dance in the 'living room' with ease. Enter in front of the passenger seat. To your left is a wall of seating including a U-shaped dinette (81" x 44") and 70" sofa with air mattress. Both have seatbelts for safe travel. There is plenty of storage overhead the wall of seating. The kitchen slide includes a residential refrigerator, a three burner cook-top and double kitchen sink. There are 14 cabinets for storage both above and below the counter for dishes and pots and pans. A 42" LED TV can easily be viewed by any seating in the space. In the rear you will find a bathroom on your right, including a corner shower, toilet, and vanity with sink. There are 4 storage cabinets in the bathroom. The bunk beds (28" x 73") are opposite the bathroom. You can draw closed the sliding doors between the bunks and the living space and/or between the bunks and the master bedroom for more privacy when sleeping or entertaining. The master bedroom has a queen bed and one nightstand near the bed and another across from it. Along the rear wall there is a wardrobe with great hanging and storage space, and second wardrobe space where the washer and dryer are installed. Opposite the bed find a 32" LED TV, plus more storage. A nice surprise is that the bed pops up to offer more storage underneath it. Additional perks: Bumper to bumper 40 point inspection conducted by dealer in 11/16. We added a washer and dryer (~$1,000 installed) situated in the Master Bedroom making for an easy, self-contained living experience on the road so you don't have to stop to take care of laundry and delay having more fun. RV comes with a top of the line BLUE OX towing package and Airforce 1 braking system (worth over $5,000).
