1999 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37' Motorhome. Model is 37S. Ford Triton V10 engine, on a Ford Tag Axle Chassis. Comes with the BANKS powerpack (higher HP, and better fuel mileage). Big slide out in the living room (sleeper sofa/dinette booth). This was the top end model for Pace Arrow in 1999, and everything is of the highest quality. Fully self contained, sleeps 6, and is even plumbed and ready for a washer/dryer combo. In excellent condition in and out, we just go this coach on trade from the original owners. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the drivers seat: drivers door, tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, 14" TV in the bedroom, and TV Antenna. Living room has a big slide, where the dinette booth and sleeper sofa slide out. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa, a dinette booth, and a space for a recliner: coach sleeps 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, microwave Oven, and hot water tank. Cabinet that is plumbed for a Washer/Dryer combo found in the rear hallway. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, across the hall is the vanity and corner glass shower. At the rear of the coach is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof a/c units along with a ducted gas furnace. Awning over passenger side, 3 window awnings, along with a slide topper toppers. Onan 5500 Gas generator runs great with very low hours. Rear ladder and hitch for towing.
