2004 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37C Triple Slide out Workhorse Chassis. This coach has everything you need... more than that... She has everything you ever wanted to have in an RV! Look at the floor plan... This is one of the main reasons someone buys an RV. This Pace Arrow has a great design, well thought out, with space and storage everywhere you turn! To give her a solid stance they put her on Diesel Style Wheels and Tires with the 22.5 Rims and Michelin XRV Tires. This gives her the best ride and drive available on a gas coach. The exterior is a brilliant white which reflects the summer heat and is accented with silver, grey and black graphics she really stands out. Slam Latch Aluminum Basement Doors are a real nice feature and many of the basement bays can be used as a cooler. They are rotocast and built right in, they are designed to be filled with up to 100 pounds of ice if you wanted to tail gate. The Power Awning is easy to use with the touch of a button and the leveling jacks are fully Automatic! What this means to you is easy set up camp side. Beautiful motor home with a great floor plan, leather interior, side by side stainless steel refrigerator, Corian countertops, queen size bed with memory foam, upgraded flat screen LED TVs, washer dryer and 2 a/c units. We bought this less than a year ago and have it all ready for the road but the wife won't drive it! We are the 2nd owner and have spared no expense for maintenance and service. Everything and anything that usually wear we have replaced: tires, shocks, chassis and house batteries, roof re-seal, spark plugs and wires, filters, transmission flush, generator service, belt, and any light bulb or switches even new wiper blades. IT'S READY! We have used it a few times and I love it, especially the HUGE BATHROOM and SHOWER! It's easy to set up, plug in electric and water, push the auto levelers and slide out buttons and you're done! However, the wife won't drive it and gets car sick when walking around while moving, wants to go back to travel trailer or 5th wheel. We even have the tow car and towing accessories - 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt - weighs 2990 lbs which means no brake buddy necessary in most states (under 3000lbs) Our loss is your gain.
