I've built this RV into a great place to live on the road. After three years of full time RV living I'm read to let someone else take over. I just returned from a 7,000 mile road trip from Florida to California, she started right away every time. The interior is in great shape, especially compared to others of this year. Don't be fooled by 'low mileage' claims- low mileage means not used and won't start. A Ford Triton V10 engine will easily last 200,000+ miles. Lucille has 94,000 miles of experience and up to date oil changes and maintenance. Upgrades include flat screen tv, electric fireplace, wine bar/poker table. New- water heater, slide out awning, roof sealant, starter, brakes and rotors, Tires are not new but all are newer than original year and recently inspected, Generator works, 2 AC's, EVERYTHING WORKS! What is the catch you ask? Rust underneath, Lucille spent her early years in Missouri and they must have spent a lot of time in icy salty conditions. I have had all the related mechanical issues fixed. There is still some tlc needed with the doors and latches, nothing to stop her on the road. Don't let this scare you off, she runs and looks great. This is one thing you can tend to at your leisure. You won't find an RV this old at this price that is this livable.
