We have owned this RV for seven years and updated or replaced a lot of things. It currently has 73,300 miles on it. 5 years ago, at 60,000 miles we replaced the engine with a new Ford remanufactured 460 engine. With the new engine, we also put in a new radiator and hoses. We have also just had this summer the transmission completely rebuilt. The front AC unit has been replaced with a new Coleman 13,500 btu unit. We have four new tires (out of 8) since June, 2017. Other four area couple of years old. We put in a new flat screen TV in the front. There are two slide outs which really open up the coach with a lot of room. All the awnings are in excellent shape. The coach has fairly new batteries for the engine & house. New valves were installed for the black & gray water shut offs. The generator (Onan Marquis 5,000) was totally rebuilt this past spring. A new hot water heater was installed in 5/2016. A new outdoor LED light along with selected inside LED lights were installed in 2016. It has fairly new front Bilstein shocks, new front & rear sway bar bushings. The roof has been redone with an EPDM coating. A new rear ladder was installed in 1/14; a new Jack digital HDTV antenna 12/13; a new skylight over the shower 9/13; new fuel pump 8/12; new toilet 8/12; rebuilt front hydraulic Jack 9/12; and a new LP detector 7/12.
