1990 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 34, Just bought this 1990, 34' Fleetwood Pace Arrow RV a few months ago and had high hopes of fixing it up and traveling. My local storage location backfired and I dont have the time anymore to enjoy it. Full disclosure of everything - I bought it for $3,800 and have now nearly $7,200 into it. I replaced the front brakes and calipers, added a new bluetooth stereo, selector switch with interior and exterior speakers, new generator starter(ONAN 6500), new wipers, lap sealed the roof joints, new water saving shower head, switched out all interior bulbs with leds, started pulling up carpet to install wood floor(Im including $350 worth of 12.3mm hand scraped flooring), bought new awning material to replace the 14 awning(including that as well). Runs great, tires are all good, generator runs great, water pump is strong, water heater, microwave, stove all work, 2 A/Cs both blow cold - rear view camera - cruise control - power side mirrors - queen bed in rear, dinette turns into sleeper, couch turns into sleeper, trailer hitch. Heres what youd want to work on - older fridge works with electric and the person who sold it to me said the propane part works as well, but I didnt figure that out - same for heating system - There's minor rear bumper and front bumper damage - nothing I was concerned about. 90 gallon fuel, 20 gallon propane, 65 gallon fresh water and black/gray holding to match. Lots of lockable under storage. At this point, Id rather take a loss then continue paying $130/mth to store it far away. $6,200.00
