The camper is on a one ton chassis with a Chevrolet 350 engine and has a 400 turbo transmission. Just under 21,000 orginal miles. The is no known mechanical issues with the unit. The camper is a 24' mini motor home. It sleeps 6. There is a Onan 4.0 generator that will power the entire camper to include the air conditioning. The generator gets is fuel from the vehicle fuel tank. The 8 cubic foot refrigerator has been completley rebuilt and works very good. The air conditioning unit is also new. It was replaced two years ago. The air conditioner also contains a built in heating coil. But this is not the only heat source. The camper does have a working propane furnance. It has a working four burner stove with oven. It has a 6 gallon hot water tank. The fresh water tank is 40 gallon. The black and grey tanks are 20 gallons. All the tanks are in good working order. I am the second owner. This camper has been stored inside it's entire life. The metal exterior has a few small blemishes. It has a aluminum roof that has been inspected every year. I did apply roof coating last year as a preventive maintenace procedure because I seen a few areas that I thought needed attention. This camper has never had any leaks. All the windows are in working order with good screens. There is nothing that does not work as intended. For anyone that is serious purchasing, we will take the camper to a campground and hook it up so that everything can be tested.
