This is our personal RV. We purchased it with the intention to travel the country for a few years, but due to some changes in our careers, we won't be able to do our full Journey. We've owned the RV since March 2016 and we've kept it in the Southeast ever since. The first couple pictures are of the RV as it sits, and the interior are pictures from when we purchased the RV in March (Interior is in the exact same condition). This RV is a great layout, everyone that's seen it has complimented on how good of a choice we made on this model. We looked at and researched countless RV makes, models, and layouts prior to narrowing down to this specific model. This RV doesn't need anything and is ready for immediate living or travelling, without any worries. A few things we particularly like about this RV. It feels like 2 separate rooms with the side walkway and adjacent slide outs. The bedroom has a side slide, which means, lots of closet space! The corner shower is nice as it gives more room than a conventional layout (I'm 6"1 and I can shower without a problem). We like how the bathroom is in 1 room, rather than split between shower and toilet. The RV can accommodate many guests between the main bed, dining table (drops into a bed), couch (turn into a bed), and a single cabover bed (pulls out over the driver seat). This RV has LOTS of storage as well. Stepping inside the Jamboree Sport 31M motor home by Fleetwood, you will be amazed at how every bit of space is used. To the left of the entrance is a L-shaped counter with double kitchen sink, microwave, and three burner range. Just around the corner is a pantry. To the right of the entrance the entrance is a soft touch sofa. Behind the driver's seat is a slide with a dinette and refrigerator. Toward the rear of the motor home, you will find the bathroom with a toilet, linen cabinet, corner angle shower, and sink. You can enter the bedroom, from either the bathroom or the hallway. The bedroom, offers a wardrobe, and a queen bed with nightstands slide. You can enjoy a few "extras" as options, bedroom 19" swing-arm TV, and cabover 32" TV with DVD Player & surround sound speakers. We can include all our RV accessories with the purchase including: 2 water hoses (one exclusively used for filling the freshwater tank), an extended sewer hose with stand, a power surge protector valued at $250, a 50' extended power cable, and plastic lego-style leveling blocks. The RV is available for viewing immediately. It has been a wonderful RV with no issues. All the pictures are of this exact RV. No pets. No Smokers. Private Seller.
