Great toy hauler with large garage area. We just resealed the entire roof and side walls for worry free use. Everything works as it should and has been maintained over the years. This was not my first RV I didn't abuse it or use it as my learning experience. I knew what I wanted and this fit me well. I take great pride of ownership and it shows with this rv. Must see in person to really appreciate the condition and style of this trailer. I have added a full length sofa and rocker recliner from the factory for added sleeping capacity. This has been a very comfortable rv for my family and sleeps up to 10 people in 5 beds. We have 3 children and rarley use the dinette as a bed still allowing each one to have their own bed.
