This is a coach purchased in California we are 2nd owner. Always stored in roofed RV storage area. Within the last two years both roof AC units replaced new, All slide covers, Tires were replaced three years ago (Michelin). Stock shocks replaced with Bilstein gas shocks. Hydraulic jack system serviced fluids replaced. All service work up to date, Coolant changed and Allison transmission completely serviced by Allison Expert. Onan 7500 diesel generator (190hrs) Exterior has been meticulously kept. All roof sealant replaced two years ago. Most exterior lamps converted to LED.Inside was originally all brass tones, everything has been changed/upgraded to brushed nickel. All interior lighting upgraded to LED fixtures. Toilet was replaced 2 years ago. master bedroom originally had a corian counter with a sink. Replaced with Granite "Fusion" stone top sink was removed (see photos). Washer/Dryer combo, Central Vacumn. Camera system upgraded to Weldex color flat screen and additional left side camera added. Everything works no hidden problems.
