2002 Fleetwood Bounder 39Z, A 2002 Fleetwood Bounder 39Z in excellent condition with one large living room slide on the driver side. With 85K miles, this Cummins 300HP Turbo Charged diesel engine is just getting started. Plenty of power for the hills and your towed vehicle. An 80 gallon diesel tank can get you a long distance down the road. I pull an 18ft trailer loaded with my VW Beetle and a Harley Davidson and I have to look to remind myself that Im pulling a load. Im selling this coach as AS-IS but Im confident that it has many good years left. New tires were installed in Spring 2015, about 1800 miles ago. I also have spare rubber in the engine compartment as a road hazard backup. At 10 PM on Saturday night, even AAA will find someone to change the tire, but they cant open the store to get the needed tire. I carry it with me. The coach has two LCD TVs, satellite and local antennas, AM/FM radio in the cockpit and the bedroom, surround sound, 2 Blue Ray disc players, full range stereo receiver, back up camera, fog lights, smoke, CO2 and ozone detectors, 3-burner gas range, microwave/convection oven and 4 door refrigerator with freezer that will operate on either LP or electric. All windows have pull down day/night shades. The cockpit chairs, sofa and swivel recliner are vinyl leather and stain free. The dinette fabric is in very good condition. The sofa folds out to a full size bed and the dinette breaks down to a twin bed. Cabinet storage in the kitchen is substantial for all your plates, pots/pans, glassware, dry goods etc. The full wardrobe closet in the hallway is plenty for coats etc and the cabinets in the bedroom will hold plenty of pants and shirts. Two roof A/Cs and two gas furnaces keep the coach at the right temperature. Master thermostat is in the bedroom. The Energy Management System provides breaker protection and lets you know which circuits are charged. The 50 amp service will provide more than enough power for all house operations; lights, fridge, microwave, AC etc. If you cant get to shore power, the 8KW ONAN diesel generator will provide the same level of service. The 2 engine start batteries and 4 house batteries are new in Summer 2015. Drinking water, grey water, and black water tanks are large enough for extended dry camping. The frame, external fiberglass body panels and roof are solid and leakproof. Carpet has been removed in the most traveled house areas and replaced with manufactured wood flooring. No odors or musty carpet smells. BTW, we havent had pets or smokers in the coach. All awning covers; slide, window and patio are in excellent shape. Under carriage storage is the standard box type, but sufficient to carry all your gear.
