Unusually Good Condition + Upgrades! 49,276 milesFord F53 Chassis - 20,500 lb GVWR - 19.5" Wheels - Huge axle and brakes, heavy duty!Ford V10 6.8L engine - Serviced and inspected November 2016New tires Sept 2016We purchased it to live in for a year while traveling the country. We drove across the country and back and have been living in "our bus" since September but now our plans are changing so we're going to say farewell. She performed flawlessly during our travels and is a fantastic machine for the money. I have a large binder with the original sale documents ($80,000 machine brand new!) and owner's manuals as well as some service records.Full basement has tons of storage capacity, as well as under and behind the couch, all the overhead cabinets, pantry, hallway cabinets, large rear closet and drawers, huge under-bed storage and several cabinets in the "hallway". We moved out of a house and into this RV and were worried we wouldn't have room for all the things we wanted to bring but we wound up with extra space!I took it to a Ford heavy truck service shop near Asheville, NC and told them to flush and change ALL the fluids (coolant, trans oil, diff oil, etc and of course motor oil), put a new belt on, new fuel, air and transmission filters, replace brakes if needed, and do whatever else it needed. Fortunately it was in great shape and they didn't take advantage of me and said it didn't need anything else. In fact, they remarked on how clean it was. It has low mileage and is an Eastern Oregon RV (dry climate, things last forever). Of course they still charged me $600 for just a few hours work, but it was worth it for the peace of mind knowing that the rig is in tip top shape while driving cross country with my family.Upgrades:4 battery house system (upgraded from standard 2)Hide-a-Bed removed, created large storage space under/behind couchCD player with bluetooth, MP3, iPhone, etc. Most lights upgraded to LEDs (warm color, not those obnoxious bright blue-ish ones)Added some LED light strips in strategic locations, including in the pantry cupboardsAdded several nice little features like coat rack hooks, improved shower curtain rod, extra 12v outlets and USB charging outletsOptional Solar Power System: (add $1,000)(2) 225 watt panels (450W total), charge controller, 2000W InverterFeatures:Large slide out with couch and dinetteTwo front seats plus 3rd seat, all swivelSmall table between passenger seats5500W Generator (only 66 hours on the generator!)Magellan Roadmate 1700 GPSOutside showerHydraulic power leveling jacks! ¿ These are great!Dual air conditioners both work, as well as in-dash A/CLarge fridge/freezerSpecifications:GVWR: 20,500 lbsTow Rating: 3,500 lbs100 gal fresh tank
