This is a gas or gasoline RV built by fleetwood, it rivals many other Gas RVs such as the Southwind Adventurer Pace Arrow Outlook just to name a fewThis RV was just drove approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil leaks were noted on the trip home . It towed a Jeep liberty approx 4200 lbs with no problemsThere are 2 roof AC unit that work. Thanks to the intellitec power system the RV can run both ACs on a 30 amp service. I personally let both ACs run several hours on the 30 amp shore serviceThere is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 16 year old RV that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.There are no known roof leaks at this time. rubber roofThe roof appears to have been recently sealed.Over the past 16 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks.This coach can sleep a total of 6We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units.
