1997 Fleetwood Bounder 38L, In good condition, well maintained, and dependable vehicle. Six brand new tires and lots of upgrades. 1996 Fleetwood Bounder 38L, I have owned this RV since 2003 when it had less than 15,000 miles on it. It is in great condition and has had some improvements done to it. I added all 6 brand new tires last year for our move down here to AZ. I have replaced with brand new parts the following: Refrigerator Heater's and Ignitor's Electric Plugin Cord Electric Step All new vent cover's on top Recently resurfaced top Have brand new sunroof for shower Needs Install Queen Sealy Posturpedic Sapphire Mattress Toilet and Sprayer and Showerhead It has been very well maintained with regular oil changes and lubrication. It has new awning hardware but needs new material which costs $500...the truck wash used chemicals on it. I have drove this RV all over the western US. It has been very dependable and a great vehicle to drive. We are selling it because we moved from WA to AZ and no longer use it.
