2005 Fleetwood Bounder 37U. With Trasferrable Warranty. 34k miles. 2 slides. Queen Bed. Sofa, booth dinette, desk with swivel rocker recliner. Stove, oven, convection oven microwave. 2013 Tires. 20 month old batteries (chassis and coach) 26 months left on warranty. Costs $50 to transfer. 300hp Cat motor with Allison transmission. Freightliner chassis. Chassis was services at Freightliner in November. All hoses, belts, time up, etc done, with paperwork to show. 2nd owner. Bought originally in NC by first owner and I've had it in NC before moving to FL. Comes with Slendid 2000 combo washer/dryer. Also comes with window covers. Upgraded TV in front. 4-door fridge with ice maker. Solid surface countertops. 7500 Onan quiet diesel generator with 470 hrs. Very clean. No oxidation.
