1995 35ft. Fleetwood Bounder We are only selling this because we are moving to Alaska, and we must get rid of it. This RV is in great condition, clean, non-smoker, and has been updated through out. New flooring, upholstery, paint, and hardware. We just installed all brand new tires on it in the beginning of this summer. We have all maintenance records to prove proper care has been continuous. We recently finished a 5,000+ mile US Tour and it did great! From southern flatlands to Colorado mountains, it never let us down. We used to pull a 25 foot trailer with a Ford Focus loaded on it, plus company supplies, and it did very well. Has good breaks and overdrive unit! We just had the roof sealed a few months ago, and the tanks flushed. We are only the 2nd owner! THIS RV IS ROAD WORTHY AND READY TO GO, NOTHING NEEDED!! This RV is fully loaded! - 2 Ice cold rooftop Coleman air conditioners: 7300 series - Roof top satellite receiver - Solar panels - Sportsman 4000 watt peak generator - Large refrigerator - Large freezer - 3 burner gas stove - Gas oven - 3200 series microwave - 13" built-in TV - 12" bedroom TV - 9" back-up camera monitor - Hot water Heater - Electric water pump - Electric & Gas heaters - Heavy duty hitch w/ ball - full light kit hook-ups - Coffee maker - 50 Gallon on-board propane tank - 100 Gallon on-board fresh water tank - New auxiliary batteries - New speakers, receiver, and sub-woofer - Fire & gas protection systems - Large Master bedroom with new queen size bed, huge closet, and vanity - Dining area and table, seats 4 - Large kitchen area with double sinks - Oak cabinets throughout - full bath with shower, bathtub, and sink. - 3 Captains chairs, 2 full size beds, and a queen in master bedroom- sleeps 7 - Ample storage space inside and underneath! - And much more!!! The 2 things wrong with it: 1) The Onan on-board generator needs a new cylanoid which is a $50 part, but I am including a brand new generator that I have used with it all summer. It works great! I also found that I prefer RVing this way, you have mobile power! The Onan only has a few hours on it though, it didn't work when I bought it from the owner. He also said he just used a mobile generator. ( He was an old man and just left it after he couldn't figure it out. I had it looked at by a professional RV shop.) 2) I lightly bent the passenger side corner of the back bumper trying to back up the 25 ft. trailer I was talking about earlier. Easily fixable, not very noticeable, no real damage. The NADA blue book value of this model is $24,852 in "good" condition. I am only asking $20,000 (or) BEST OFFER . I will accept the first reasonable offer I receive! I will only accept cash payments or certified money orders for this transaction!
