You won't find a better price on one of these, we're asking DEALER TRADE-IN value which is $10,000 below book (we can get values printed for you for your information or for the bank). This is NOT a "Mechanic's special" because mechanically, the unit runs awesome. It features a 300hp Cummins diesel engine with a 6 speed Allison transmission. You could take it across the country today no sweat. This is a "Handyman's Special"! :)Here are the things that need to be fixed:-There are 2 A/C units on the trailer, but the one in the front does not blow. The previous owner said that a tech thought it might have been "seized" a few years back and "unstuck" it from the roof and got it to work okay. Maybe doing the same thing will get it to start again... the rear (bedroom) A/C works fine and so does the cab A/C.-The 2 Furnaces in the coach need circuit boards.-A part of the trim is coming off the passenger side exterior.
