For Sale is a very nice 2002 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37' Gas Motorhome. This motorhome is a top of the line model and has been well cared for and stored inside. There are only 30,300 miles on the unit. There is a 5500 watt generator that only has 221 hours. We looked at many motorhomes before we found this one. It is very nice and is very clean. No smokers. We have shampooed the carpets, scrubbed all the seating, washed everything inside, hand waxed the entire outside, and basically cleaned the unit from top to bottom in the last 2 months. The drivetrain is the Ford 6.8 liter V-10 gas motor with Automatic transmission. The oil was just changed this week and the transmission fluid was changed within last 300 miles. The tires are good and were just balanced. The motorhome needs no repairs and the maintenance is up to date. The outside shows very nice as it has just been waxed. There are a few imperfections, but it looks very nice. The interior has no smells and no leaks. The craftsmanship is very nice and the interior looks very updated. The cabinets are dark stained and the furniture is light colored and the contrast is striking. This is a self contained unit with a generator and water tank. This RV even has a combo washer/dryer. Other options are 2 A/C units, 6 gallon hot water heater, stand up shower, Microwave convection oven, 2 stainless steel sink, 4 door fridge, stereo, 2 tv's, CB radio, and more. There is a queen bed in the back and the sofa is a jackknife sofa to sleep 2 more. This is a very clean unit-one of the cleanest we could find. Are you ready for some summer traveling in a great RV? Than this is the RV for you. It is priced to sell and is Road ready. We are the second owners and it has been babied. All maintenance and lots of extras, we can provide all maintenance since we bought it in 2014. She ride like a dream. There is multiple speakers through out and you can listen to music or movies in the bedroom with individual speakers that are over each side of the bed. tons of room and all the special upgrades, from a full size double door fridge and Corina counter tops. 3 slides makes this a great family rig or a wonderful entertaining rig. Day and night shads and very low miles. She has brand new tires on it that only have 2,000 miles on them and all new batteries. 2 a/c units allow for wonderful comfort and they are located on the top of the unit, so if you are a tall guy there is a ton of head room in this unit. The heating and AC are Zoned so you can adjust the temperature different between the bedroom and the living room kitchen area. All the fixtures through out at satin nickle and the wood is a mocha stain. We have a washer/dry hook up available in the unit also. All new shocks also installed. She is a beauty and is ready fro you vacation travels. There are a few minor scratches and a small dent on one of the storage doors and we have provided pictures below. All the Storage doors have their own locks and the steps are automatic. The awning is also an automatic so you do not have to hand crank it out. In the front of the rig we have 2 leather captains chairs which are very conferrable for driving and co-piloting! a almost brand new 7500 watt generator. Back up camera and speaker also. Also the RV has an Allison transmission. This is a must see unit for the price.
