1998 Fleetwood Discovery, 24 valve Cummins, Allison pushbutton transmission, Freightliner chassis, airbrakes, air ride, Alcoa aluminum rims, Michelin tires in good shape, 70,000 miles, runs and drives awesome, has no problem pulling a trailer. We've made three 1000+ mile trips with no issues also another seven hour trip to New York. The Cummins gets 10 miles per gallon pulling the trailer and can go about 500 miles per tank. This is a very nice diesel pusher (rear engine) motorhome that can be bought for the same price as a gas guzzler motorhome with no power. NO SLIDES, but that is one less thing to go wrong, IMO. The way this coach is laid out there is plenty of room. The coach has had miscellaneous control boards and other items that normally go wrong with these vehicles replaced over the years. I consider that a plus, meaning you shouldn't have to do it. ALL AC works. Everything freshly charged.Cruise control works great :)Onan 6500LP generator works great.Outside faucet and spray hose for messy clean ups.Hydraulic levelers work, but control panel needs to be unplugged when not in use.Most of the gas struts on the lower storage doors need replaced. Storage compartment doors have spider cracks.Parts of the lower body which is fiber glass has holes which are hidden by decals.That being said this coach is in very good shape for the year. I've been impressed with it. I will surely hate to see it go. Tough financial times putting 2 kids through college is the reason I'm selling.
