The seller states that everything works as expected with one exception - the LPG (propane) gauge doesn't work and needs to be replaced. The seller is a mechanic and has done all of the service and upgrade work himself. He has a service log and receipts for all of the components purchased for the upgrades. Everything is in good working condition per the seller and this unit shows well. Look no further this 2009 Bounder 35H has lots of upgrades - and is in great condition - has always been kept in covered storage - and it shows! The sofa has been replaced with two oversized recliners, the front AC unit was recently replaced, and all of the old carpet was replaced with laminate flooring throughout the RV. The tires were replaced in 2020, and as of July 2024, it has new batteries, a new transfer switch, and a residential all-electric refrigerator with an inverter so it can run while you are driving. The layout is comfortable and roomy, with dual slides and a bath and a half! As you enter the RV, you see the spacious living area with dual recliners and a single opposing recliner to your right. This coach has an Awesome layout and with the full body paint looks very nice! This coach is set up with a bath and half. It has 2 slides, one in the front that slides the Dinette and the sofa out, and one in the bedroom that slides the queen bed out. Come in and take a look at this Coach!!
