This camper is 20 years old so don't expect pefftion but in in very good condition. Furnace, water pump, both sinks, shower and hot water heater work. Stove, oven, fridge all work. Every light works including exterior compartment lights. Has spent last 10 years moving 9 miles in spring and back in the fall to local campground. USED occasionally when family was in town. Ac works, new canopy last year. I bought 2 months ago and have been staying in it last 2 weeks. I DO NOT want to sell but my 10 year old twins have been removed from mothers home and are in a group home now. PRIORITIES change and I need to furnish bedroom plus accommodate them for move from Florida to michigan. If not for this bright light in my life, would not even consider selling for less than average which nada is 5550. Low end is 4500. This camper comes with fifth wheel plate and rails. I do have a generator willing to let go with it for serious buyer. I am willing to negotiate to a slight extent. This is a non smoking unit with no leaks.
