2001 Fleetwood 30H Flair
This Classic Flair features plenty of interior space and Fleetwood quality throughout. It is nicely appointed and self-contained with a well-laid-out Interior.
The galley features a three-burner stove/oven with a cover for added workspace, a microwave oven, a double sink, a nice refrigerator with switchable propane, and electricity for travel. The booth dinette/sleeper is positioned perfectly across from the galley.
The sofa lays out for added sleeping space when needed and is highlighted by the swivel recliner with seatbelt. The floor was replaced with NuCore waterproof flooring and looks great!
The bathroom features a large tub/shower with a ceiling fan. A split design, so you have plenty of room!
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and two wardrobes.
The patio awning needs to be replaced. The awning frame and structure are intact, but the awning material was removed.
When away from shore power the newer Onan 5500 will power the coach, it was replaced in 2019 with 970 hours of use.
The Triton 6.8L V10 engine pulls her along nicely with a Ford chassis with only 53,000 miles and has an automatic transmission & cruise control.
