This RV is in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION. Only thing that shows wear and tear according to its age is the exterior paint which is slightly faded. Interior is in unbelievable condition. There's no smell, hardly any floor marks or stains in the carpet, upholstery and cabinets are in great shape. Roof paint was recently redone in Dec 2016. Update as of 9/6/2022 Brand new 6 tires installed. Brand new tire protector covers installed. All brake lines flushed and serviced. Engine timing and adjustments. V belt in process of replacement. Fantastic vent roof lid replaced. Pressure checked water lines and improvements. All water and holding tanks cleaned and flushed. New Stainless steel refrigerator ( pictures in listing are old).
