2001 Fleetwood Prowler LS 30-5X, 2001 31' Fleetwood Prowler 30-5X 5th wheel Handyman Special! This 31' rear kitchen 5th wheel will be good to set permanently on a lot. It has lots of room with 2 slides (living room superslide & a bedroom slide.) It has extensive water damage, especially around and above the slideouts. Bedroom highlights: Queen bed in slide; wardrobe closet with mirrored doors. Features: newer flooring; newer water pump; wheel bearings have been repacked; sofa; table with 2 chairs; foot-flush toilet; shower; ducted A/C; wood-paneled refrigerator/freezer; oven; approx. 7830 lbs. Known problems: the water damage mentioned above; the awning arms have pulled out of the fiberglass sides.
