1997 Fleetwood Tioga Montara 27MMH, 1997 Class C Fleetwood Montara 27 RV for Sale. $7,800 This RV has been consistently used (120k miles on it) and also stored under-roof since we purchased it used in 2005. It sits on a Ford V-10 E Super-Duty chassis. Some critical components that need to be mentioned and considered with this particular RV include: Brand new Onan MicroQuiet 4000 Generator (Spec P) installed in September of 2013 ($3400). Generator currently has 430 hrs. on it and is flawless. Brand new front rotors, calipers, pads and wheel bearings installed summer of 2015 ($600). New refrigerator core installed in 2013 ($800) (ammonia leaks are common on older RV refrigerators, so this is something that wont need attention anytime soon). New carpet installed summer of 2014 ($500) Engine battery installed on 11/2013 and RV batteries (2-6 Volt in series) installed on 10/2012 Tires were replaced in 2012 (4 of 6) and 2013 (2 of 6). Typical life is 5 to 6 years on RV tires (even if tread appears good, safety is compromised after this time period). Other things to note include; no roof leaks, no engine/transmission leaks, engine/transmission are completely stock, dash A/C and roof A/C blow ice cold and have never needed attention in the time that I have owned the RV.
