The living area blind over the dinette will not go up on its own; you have to roll it up manually. The original owner had it replaced once, and now it's doing the same thing...all paperwork is available.
There is a small ding in the frig door. The original owners left the passenger seat window open through a storm, and the wood on the passenger console/side table was damaged at the bottom - it is only visible if you look under the seat.
