This 2022 Flagstaff 19FBS is in better than expected condition and shows some normal wear and tear for its age.
I noticed no rips or tears in the upholstery.
According to the seller, there are no known issues that need addressing at this time.

The 2022 Forest River Flagstaff E-Pro E19FBS is a travel trailer that measures 20 feet 7 inches in length and has a dry weight of 3,435 pounds. It has a maximum carrying capacity of 1,308 pounds and can sleep up to 4 people.
The exterior of the Flagstaff E-Pro 19FBS features an aluminum frame, vacuum laminated roof and walls, a one-piece roof membrane, and a torsion axle, making it lightweight and durable. It also has a power awning with LED lighting and outdoor speakers, as well as a rear ladder and a bike rack.
Inside, the has a front queen bed that measures 60" x 80" with overhead storage, a sofa that converts into a bed that measures 42" x 72", a full bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchenette with a 3-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. It also features a 13,500 BTU air conditioner and a 20,000 BTU furnace for comfortable temperature control.
