This is for a 2013 Forest River Flagstaff MAC 206LT. We just took this camper in on trade. This is a one owner camper and used only two nights, seriously, just one single weekend. The camper is still in brand new condition and still smells new. The canvas, screens, curtains all like new. Inside is also like new. No oders, smells, pets, smoke. . No stains or tears on upholstery, cabinets look fantastic, flooring nice. Solid from top to bottom, no leaks ever. The outside looks terrific as well. Decals look like new, the box in in great shape, no damage at all. The tires are in great shape, nice tread and zero dry cracking. A few options include a inside toilet, awning, large front storage compartment with sliding container, furnace, huge fold out dinette and wrap around couch, Maxi roof fan, heated mattress', fresh water tank with pump, outdoor stove plus more. The bathroom has a privacy curtain and it appears sealed in its factory package, and I wanted to leave them sealed for the next owner. The prior owner never used the toilet, furnace, the sink or the indoor stove. The camper has been through full service and everything works perfectly. The camper was just winterized. I must collect 7 percent Indiana sales tax if you are from the following states: Indiana, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Main, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina. If you pay sales tax, you will be given a Indiana ST-108 tax form. This form informs your state that you have already paid your sales tax so you will not have to pay sales tax again.
