The sellers have owned the trailer for one year (purchased in 2022) and used it approximately ten times.
The overall condition of the trailer is good. There is standard wear and tear for a unit of its age.

The AC and heat work well.
When they purchased the unit, the dealership completed an inspection and corrected any issues, including inspecting the roof and undercarriage. The dealership replaced the tires before purchase (8/2022), and the battery was approximately two months old in 8/2023.
