Has air conditioning, heater, exaust fan, awning,sink, stove inside and a seperate grill and table outside, microwave, two tables inside, outside light, outside plug in, tv antenna, electric brakes, heated mattresses on the pull out beds, one bed is a king and one is a queen and the the two tables fold down for more sleeping area. We pulled with a 4 cylinder Suv. Asking $4,999 or may trade for a newer pull behind camper.
