The exterior and interior of the Seismic are in great condition. The owner reports that all appliances and systems are in good working order with no known issues. Tires have little to no wear and are less than two years old. The garage door is a slanting ramp that, when raised and the fencing is installed, can also serve as a patio area. Full-size residential-style refrigerator/freezer that runs off of electricity or propane. The entertainment center has a large flat-screen TV and stereo system over an electric fireplace. You can recline and watch your favorite program from the large sofa. A third TV is in the master bedroom, tucked in a cabinet that raises up when it's time to view.
