The owner states that he is replacing the plastic skirting on the fender. Will update the photos upon completion. The bedroom door was removed but is included in the sale. Also two additional chairs are in the exterior storage of this unit. The unit needs a little detailing on the exterior and the interior. The seller should be sending updated photos as soon as it has been cleaned. In the master bedroom was a ceiling fan. It stopped working so the owner removed it. On the driver-side exterior wall, a little sealer needs to be applied over the plastic fender. In the rear bathroom, there was a spongy feel on the floor. The seller stated it was like that when he got it and that it was not a defect but was caused by the heated underbelly mechanisms. He has all of the emails to explain it in more detail.
