The exterior of the RV has a clean and glossy appearance. No scratches or dings were noted whiled photographing the unit. The interior is clean and smells fresh. There were no signs of abnormal wear and tear. The unit has been kept under a covered shed since purchased.This helps protect the roof from UV light and deterioration. The seller indicated that all electrical and mechanical items work as designed by the manufacturer. Stock #386205 This RV was SOLD on April 3. This 2021 Grand Design Reflection is located in Hammond, LA. This 32 foot, fifth wheel camper, has an open-concept and has a large comfortable sofa that converts to a bed, two well cushioned recliners. electric fireplace, and an entertainment center with a TV and stereo for evenings of relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes a long island with double sink and lots of counter space for meal preps. The kitchen has a three burner stove, oven, microwave and hood. There is a mid-size refrigerator and freezer, and a large enclosed pantry. The island, pantry, and surrounding area, has lots of cabinets for storing pots, pans and appliances. The kitchen area is completed with a dinette for four. The private master bedroom has been converted from a queen bed to a king bed. There is still ample room on each side of the bed to walk along. A custom king mattress has been added, with built in pillow-top. There is plenty of storage, and a wardrobe. The bedroom is completed with a TV, a sliding door for privacy, and an entry door to the bathroom. The full bathroom can be entered from the main hallway or from the master bedroom. It offers a spacious shower, toilet, a vanity with a sink, and two medicine cabinets. Outside, this Reflection 295RL features an aluminum frame, and fiberglass exterior. There are two power awnings, outdoor speakers and plenty of storage all around for your camping gear. The seller has upgraded the three on board batteries with lithium batteries. The camper has two air conditioning units. One is the unit that came installed in the camper. The seller had the second air conditioner installed in the bedroom with a manual control. The seller also added lift up entry stairs. Once lifted, the stairway is stored behind the entry door. The original pull out stairs are still installed and can be returned to the original use if desired.
