This two-owner trailer is parked under a shed when not in use.
Note the hitch is a Resse Goose Box gooseneck hitch.
The exterior gel coat is glossy, the decals are uniform and shiny, and there is no significant damage, divots, or gouges.
The shower was removed in the rear bathroom to increase storage; the original plumbing remains.
The dinette shows well, and the replacement recliners show no significant stains, tears, fraying, or odors.
There are some stains on the carpet in the bedroom (shown), some wood trim has some wear (shown), and the valences and draperies have been changed (shown). There is a cat door (shown).
This trailer has an AO Smith 4-stage RO system on the kitchen island.
The shower pan started to get a hairline crack around the drain, so it was sealed before it worsened. There are no leaks.
The exterior has no de-lamination, and the roof is in great shape.
It has a factory-installed inverter to run the fridge when traveling or if the power goes out and four batteries up front.
The master bedroom has a washer and dryer. The washer/dryer units were purchased in 2019. The washer drum belt has come off or needs a new one, but the dryer works great.
