The exterior graphics and roof are in good shape with no signs of sun fading or cracking. All exterior compartments were dry and the doors opened, closed and locked as expected. A walk inside finds a trailer with no signs of excessive wear on any of the upholstery throughout the trailer. All cabinet doors, drawers and such are working as expected. The trailer was hooked to full utilities at the time of the on-site visit and all systems were in working order.
