Its versatility and lightweight design make it one of the best enclosed car trailers on the market. However, new they are not cheap. This quality product comes at a price, and similar models new can cost well over $25,000. The 20-foot models are the dimension of the trailer not including the hitch/tongue. From end to end, they are about 22-feet long. They are a great size for transporting a variety of cars and still small enough to easily park and tow. A local BWM club racing enthusiast ordered this trailer new. He had it outfitted for local SoCal track events with the following: Tie down strap hangers (all straps in pics included) Dove tail (slope for entry) Custom aluminum ramps for lower cars Tire holder rack Aluminum storage shelves Driver side door screen (custom) Electric brakes Fluorescent light fixtures Electric power hitch/tongue lift Hitch Weight jackers (helps take the weight of the tongue) After only a year or two, he sold it to a friend and fellow BMW racer who participated in VARA (Vintage Auto Racing Assoc.) events with his vintage BMW 2002. He used the trailer a few times a year for local events until his health took a turn for the worse. A few years ago, he then sold the trailer to his friend and BMW mechanic who he raced with. Unfortunately, business commitments have kept the current owner from using the trailer more than just a few times. It has been carefully stored and properly cared for. It is evident that it was always well cared for and never abused. There are minimal signs of use. Just some minor nicks and scratches here and there. The aluminum rails are in great shape and shine nicely. The underside is clean with no signs of mishaps. The interior is also clean and well organized. It is one of the most functional and easiest to use enclosed trailers I’ve ever experienced. This Featherlite comes with everything attached to it and seen in the pictures (tow vehicle is extra). It includes all the tow straps/d-rings, spare trailer tire, hitch lock, hitch, weight jackers, tool chest, and seating. California registration is current and permanent.
