This 5th wheel looks to be in very good condition on the inside and according to the owner everything is in good working order. The tires look to be in great shape, and all of the outside systems work as expected. As can be seen in the photos, the seams of the rear outside panel have come loose and need to be repaired. Stock #318753 Everything works as it should, tons of storage and many extras! This 5th wheel has everything needed for trips to your favorite camping spots, recreation areas, or just a weekend getaway. It is also big enough for a small family to use as a permanent home in a residential park. The kitchen has a 3-burner propane stove with an oven, a built-in microwave over the stove with a vent, a double sink, and a full-size refrigerator. Everything looks clean and functional. The living area has a couch that converts into a bed, and a table can be inserted into the floor to provide a dinette. The large bedroom is well-equipped with storage cabinets and a queen-sized bed pedestal. The new owner will need to provide a mattress. A fireplace on the rear wall provides an additional heat source for the forced air furnace. This is a compact but very functional RV and a great bargain for a new owner.

It is extremely light, has loads of space and storage, and durable. The trailer is 28ft long and includes a 12ft garage (to the cabinet), or 15ft garage (to the fridge) that is covered with diamond plate and has D-link in the floor for tie downs.
