The exterior of the RV is in good condition and kept very clean. There is one boo, boo on the rear passenger side of a tree. An estimate was given for repairs. There is vinyl repair tape on it at the moment. Bug guard for all vents. Added water bladder. Flow air winterize kit. Thetford sewer digester system. Beautiful chrome mirrors come with covers to prevent the sun from fading. Covers for wheels and wipers also. The seller added numerous GFI outlets and a reupholstered couch with reversible cushions. There are only three items of minor note: 1. The Weather Stripping on the windshield is getting replaced by a licensed RV technician, the parts have been ordered and are awaiting delivery. 2. The passenger side mirror (upper/movable portion) is also getting replaced as soon as the part arrives. 3. 1 of 2 pieces of the sliding door for the closet in the Master Suite is broken and currently not in the unit.
