2006 Eclipse Recreational Vehicles 23fsak , I am the 2nd owner and have kept it in excellent condition. There is less than 300hrs on the Guardian generator. I use AMS oil small engine oil and AMS oil filter. Runs great and well maintained. It comes with a 60 Watt auxiliary solar panels that I use to maintain the batteries when dry camping. Comes with two new Trojan 6 volt batteries and two additional batteries I'll include. Tires are two years old with a transferable warranty from American Tire Company. This model has a bedroom up front with a real queen mattress. The rear beds are two queen on an electric lift. The trailer sleeps eight comfortably. I installed a low flow/high pressure shower faucet that works excellent. The roof top is in great condition with no cracks or leaks. I'm including the cover that fits the entire trailer for storage months. The garage area is 10.5 x 8 feet and 75" height clearance. One 13,500btu AC unit that has central air vents from front to rear. 110 gal fresh water tank, 15 gal propane, and 36 gal fuel station.
