This trailer is as good as new and will not last long at this price, beautiful inside and out, we need a toy hauler and have to sell. Its been impeccably maintained - bearings packed each year, rubber roof treat each year, washed and waxed several times a year. In the front is queen size bunk with lots of storage and night stand. The main area has a couch that folds down to a sleeper, 4 person dinette with storage under the seats that also becomes a bed, a 3 burner stove, a two basin sink, microwave, three burner stove with oven. In the back there is a full size bunk with single on top, a sink and vanity, a private toilet with good size shower. There is 15,000 btu A/C unit, as well as gas heat that is ducted around the trailer. It has a 30 amp shore cord, city water hook up. It will hold 50 gallons of fresh water and 30 gallons of grey and black each. It also has a special black water tank cleaning feature which prevents smelly remnants. Its got a large power awning, a stereo system with speakers inside and out. Its pre-wired for cable TY and has a digital antenna. There are two selectable 15 gallon propane tanks with a cover. It has a power jack in front that saves a lot of work along with four stabilizer jacks in each corner. There is ample undercarriage storage in both the front and back. We have a weight distributions, hitch and stabilizer bar that go with the trailer, this alone with save about $500. There is also a $50 TV mount that goes with the trailer and an addition 30 amp cord we will throw in. Tires are like new and have been covered, wheel covers also go with trailer.
