BLOW OUT SALE- test units, below cost, only a few available-these are new units, but not perfect. Ridged, folding truck cap for sale-fits 6' and 6'-6" long beds and is adjustable in width. I have a few for compact and a few for full size trucks. Yes it can be used as a rack on the cap or as a open rack with optional rack mounts.$249 for compact, and $299.00 for full size that would normally sell for $1,695.00, free local pickup or shipping is about $100. Ships in 3 boxes right to your door. Or you can see this on my Ford Ranger and check it out for yourself. If you are looking for security (if you have a locking tailgate), easy to remove and install yourself, lightweight and easy to store as they fold flat, this may be what you are looking for. This is a test units to see if an idea would work, they have some issues and will leak. Latching and unlatching the rear door takes a little effort, and it will get some water in if rained on. There is no warranty!Yes you can buy a used cap for about the same price, but it will probably be the wrong size and color, it'll be heavy, you cannot take off by yourself, it will probably leak some, and be difficult to store when off. These are new units, but not perfect. They clamp on like a regular truck cap (clamps not included as different ones are used on different trucks). They do have a third light that you can connect. They are made of a powder coated aluminum frame with polycarbonate side panels and front window and rear door window panels. The side and rear door panels are dark tinted making it difficult to see in but you can see out from inside. Come and check it out soon! Not sure how long they will last.
