The owner looks to have kept this rig up in good condition over the years. Always winterized each and every season/ keeping batteries fully charged. There is some slight sun fading on the exterior but it's not bad.

This 2012 Eagle 351MKTS (By Jayco) has a great floor plan layout.
We could not get photos of the unit with slides out because the owner had already removed the batteries and winterized it for the season.
As you enter the unit, you see the steps directly to the right that lead up into the master stateroom. As you walk forward, you see the large bathroom to your left. You'll see a toilet, shower, sink, and linen closet here. Further forward is the queen bed with a slide, TV, walk-in closet, and storage area with washer/ dryer prep.
Moving back (after entering the unit), you'll see a large fridge/ freezer with a pantry, an L-shaped kitchen area with a 3-burner stove, microwave, and double sink. Across from the kitchen area are a dinette and hide-a-bed sofa sleeper. You have the living room with an entertainment center in the far back. You'll see a flat-screen TV and two chairs with an end table.
Reason for selling is not enough time to use the rig.
