This 4205 is in good condition and shows little use. The generator only has 20 hours of use. By the way, the cargo area fuel capacity is a generous 20 gallons. There are a few items that could use attention. For example, the rear door gasket for the door leading into the garage needs repair or replacement...there is a 2-4" gasket tear. There are numerous areas on the cargo area furniture showing evidence of cat claw damage. Same thing on the living area couch. Also, the carpeted corners on the main slide is frayed and can easily be repaired. The three roof mounted A/C units are working well. ALL-WEATHER INSULATION PACKAGE! The owners removed one couch but will include it in the sale.
