This RV is in good condition for its age. The tires on this RV have plenty of tread and do not show any signs of dry rough. The exterior siding does not show any fading of decals or peeling. The interior shows good with the normal use of the upholstery with no visible tears or fading. All appliances look to be in good shape but did not have power and water to try them out. This RV needs some of the trim put back into place as shown in pictures. There is a small hole at the edge of the roof. It should be a simple repair; it does not look like there has been any other damage to it. Stock #376934 This travel trailer is 39ft long. About 8,000 lbs. Has 3 slide outs. The bunkhouse is perfect for the kids to hangout and sleep. This is a 2021 Astoria 3393BH manufactured by Dutchmen and is located in Rockwall, Texas. As you enter this RV, you notice the living is very large due to 2 opposing slides that open up this area with a nice couch across from the large TV and fireplace. Not to be outdone with a large kitchen sink on the island, it still allows plenty of countertop space around it. The refrigerator and stove location make it a nice overall kitchen layout. As you go into the back of this RV, it has plenty of bunk beds for the kids to sleep. This room also includes a workspace for the kids to play or study. When you enter the bathroom, you will notice it has a large shower that makes it much more comfortable. As you enter the bedroom, it has a king-size bed with a TV mounted on the wall at the foot of the bed. The nightstands on both sides of the bed are very convenient. On the exterior of this RV, you will notice the steps that come with it are an upgrade to the usual pullout steps that are much sturdier. This RV also has a hitch in the back to be able to tow if you desire. The pass-through storage is large enough to haul your extra gear. If you are looking for an RV that is comfortable for the whole family, then look no further. This RV has it. Reason for selling is no longer need.
