16" GARAGE!!! This voltage is very well equiped with on-board fueling station, Gen, two grey holding tanks, one black, and one fresh, washer/dryer hookups, 4 tv's, ramp/patio with removable fence option around ramp/patio, screen to separate garage and ramp/patio, awning over ramp/patio, rear flood lights, two happyjack beds in garage that also make into couches and has removable dinning table, a queen bed in the loft and a queen in the master gas/eletric hot water tank, two AC units, side-by-side fridge, convection microwave oven, cetral vac, three slides, 6 brand new tires, brand new awning, brand new rubber roof, new water pump, extra house batt installed, and a (Transom heater) installed in the water source compartment that automaticly comes on at 45 Degrees. Everything works as it should and as far as I know it needs nothing. We have enjoyed this camper but life is taking us a diff direction, we still use it almost every weekend.. non smoker, This camper will sleep 8 adults comfortably and 10 if you add an airmatress in the garage, there is plenty of room for it, its a great camper for entertaning with a surplus of room!
