For sale is almost new 2013 Dutchman Voltage 3600, camping toy hauler fifth wheel trailer. Trailer is approximately 40 feet long, with 2 slide outs, one full and a half bath, GVWR weight 19,000 lb and Dry weight of 15,024 lb. Trailer has Epic and All weather Package, 6 point leveling system, 160 gallons of fresh water, two 96 black tanks, one 96 grey tank and real stone counters in the kitchen. Garage is 10 to the half bath, 12 feet to the door and has two electric controlled beds, rear patio with railing and screen door. Large nice master bedroom in front with pocket doors for a full bathroom and a half bath in garage, storage under the bed. Living area features reclining, luxury chairs, huge counter tops, extra large windows with, fireplace, a microwave and a large refrigerator. Stereo system with interior and exterior speakers. Built in Onan 5500 generator with (21 Hours), 3 awnings and Fuel station. The trailer will have salvage/certificate of destruction due to water damage. There was a small leak under the middle AC unit that caused plywood on the roof to go bad. The area was approximately 3X3 ft area was repaired. There was no water in side the trailer.
