Camper has been well maintained and has been owned by family since new. Camper has new awning canvas, new spring in the awning that covers the slide out, new thermostat, new microwave, tires only have about 3000 miles on them and are in excellent shape. Black water tank has been flushed out completely with clean water. Has stereo and a 19' awning. The only issues are the hot water tank does not work on gas but does work on electric. There was a minor water leak over the rear bunks that was repaired. You would not notice it unless I pointed it out to you which I will if you look at it. Does not smell like water was in there.
