Did we mention SINGLE OWNER. The BEST NEWS - > This has been kept completely in an enclosed garage except when camping so no sun damage to roof or seals. No fading or weathering. No damage to tires from the sun. Only outside exposure has been when camping or traveling. This unit truly is in LIKE NEW condition. Check out the book value pricing for an “average” unit on nadaguide or other sources and you will see that this is priced to sell. The price alone is a great deal but we are adding lots of extras that were done either by the dealer at point of purchase (awning for slide out, anti-sway system tow package, TV, DVD, etc - see below for more details) and lots of camping contents too.
