A hard to find model! Like new, 2013 Charcoal Gray Dutchmen Aerolite 282BHGS, bunkhouse edition, sleeping capacity up to 10 people with 30 amp service and dry weight of 6028lb with cargo capacity of 1500lb. This rig is packed full of features within its 28ft of living space which includes two entrances, a super- sized slide out with awning, double stainless kitchen sink, 3 way powered refrigerator, a 3 burner propane range with oven and gas water heater. Microwave was removed to create additional storage but can be easily reinstalled. Interior height is 6'10" and has plenty of frameless smoked windows to provide great views but also includes privacy shades. Custom work added a desk/computer area and extra foot stools made. We replaced factory lighting with over $300 of energy efficient LED lighting. One 32" LED LG TV in living area and a 24" LED LG in the bunkhouse area both on wall-mount swivel brackets. Master bedroom area also has room for another 32” TV. Also has a Jensen AM/FM/CD radio with both interior and exterior speakers. Bathroom has 2 cabinets for storage, and a tub/shower area with skylight for extra height. Sleeping area includes bunkhouse style area with Happy Jack Power Bunk System (motorized moveable bunks) can sleep 6 and front master bedroom with extra 3” memory foam on top of original mattress. Also has ducted roof AC, push button extend/retractable power awning, power tongue jack, 4 manual stabilizing jacks, fully enclosed underbelly, dual axle tires and rear spare tire with cover. A huge pass through storage compartment is at the front of the unit and black diamond plate rock guard covers the front. This trailer is in excellent condition, has less than 700 miles on it. We drove it home from the dealer in Inverness and have used it a couple of times since we purchased new in April 2014. Also includes 2 25’ white/blue striped hoses for water supply, 25’ 30 amp shore line with surge suppressor, 2 20lb propane tanks (one full, one partially full) and 2 Maxx Air vents. No smoking or pets. You won't find a better deal, shop around and compare theirs to ours. Deal with a dealer and you'll be paying more and getting less. Also includes EAZ lift Elite Round Bar weight distribution hitch with sway control adjustment bar and up to 14000 lb towing capability (a $250 value). Priced at only $17,500 with clear title in hand.
