This is a 1 owner. I am selling it for my parents. They bought it new in 2007 in Sarasotoa Florida and made 1 trip to there home in Montatna. It hasn't left there since I brought it to Portland in October. We just had an RV shop run through everything and verify that it works. We packed the bearings, installed 2 new batteries, new awning, seal the roof, etc.. We parid $2,200 to do this. The trailer has never had kids stay in it and has never been smoked in. The interior is in EXCELLENT condition. Absoultely everything works, no leaks, tires are good, etc.. We ask that only serious inquires contact us please. Thank you.
